LTTCB #5 - It's a Pineapple!!

It's December.....so a new month and a new challenge!!!  Remember it's always anything goes....so get as creatively crafty as you like!!

Check out the challenge here and see all the amazing DT samples and details for prizes:   LTTCB #5

My daughter's birthday is right around Thanksgiving....but she loves Halloween so much that I wanted to make her birthday card appropriate.  Hence the fun Stampin' Up!  Jar of Haunts and Spooky Fun.

And this pineapple I'd seen on Pinterest and knew it would be a perfect gift for my girl!  What better gift than champagne and chocolates??  Check out the before and after pics........

Oh yeah....lots and lots of truffles!  LOL

There are several different ways to do it, but I used the method that took the longest and burned my fingers the most with the hot glue gun! LOL  Because, well, yeah.  That's just me!  Some ribbon and twine for the piney part of the pineapple finishes it off!!

I hope you have some fun getting crafty and creative!!

LTTCB #4 - Anything Goes - Gingerbread Treats

Welcome to November!!  Time for a new challenge....as always anything goes in theme or project!!  And definitely stop by the Love To Craft Challenge Blog for all the deets and prize info and gorgeous inspiration from the entire Design Team!!!

Smiley from Millan.Net

I had a recent Fundraiser I was involved in and I got inspired by these glitzy little gingerbread men I saw and of course had to buy!  LOL  So I made some mini gingerbread loaves and wrapped them in some cute, festive treat bags and attached some little tags I made.

I used the super duper adorable Stampin' Up! set Yummy Little Christmas!!  And the OrnateTag Topper punch.  Some twine to attach the tag and BAM!  Easy peasy and a yummy little hostess gift, seasonal welcome to neighbors, thank yous to anyone, etc.

Cherry Cobbler cardstock is still one of my ALLTIME faves!!  And those sparkly little gingerbread men...well just toooo darn cute for me to pass up!!!

Hope you get inspired to get to some crafting!  Put on some seasonal music, simmer some cinnamon and ginger on the stove in some apple juice, and sip your favorite hot cocoa!

LTTCB #2 ~ September Anything Goes

It's already month 2 here and anything goes means anything goes!!  You know what that very often means for me??  A reason to get all Christmassy!!!  Yep, I'm a hopeless addict!!  LOL

So for this month's challenge....I am making a set of Christmas cards and wanted a fairly simple design but a fun one!

I do so love a red and white design for a Christmas card!!  And this Stampin' Up! Outdoor Adventure die set is perfect!  Snagged a greeting from the Stampin' Up! set Oh What Fun.  The embossing folder is one I can't remember the name but I plan to use a few different designs in the set of cards I'm making.

Come check out the stunning creations the DT has for you and play along with us for some fun prizes.

Birthdays - Stampin' Up! Style!!

Smiley from Millan.Net

I've been busy with a million and twenty things, life, stamps, travel, snowstorms!  But I wanted to share just a few of the cards I made lately!!

I was SOOOO inspired after the Stampin' Up! Onstage in Salt Lake City and with stampy stuff old and new I'm joining in the #imbringingbirthdaysback movement started by the amazing Shannon West, and my goal is to send out lots of birthday cards!!!

I really do think this set is adorable!  Painter's Palette.  Black, pink and shimmery gold just might be my new favorite color combination!  And the gold glitter washi tape?  OMStarshine how glitzy perfection!!!

This is the little 3x3 card I made for my first ever swap at OnStage!!  I do use that Hello You thinlet die a TON!!  I gotta say I love diecut sentiments!!  Yep I know, more pink and black but I so love it!!

This makes a simple but elegant birthday card!!  Botanicals For You features the nice big sentiment that can either be the focal point as I did here or stamped on the inside for a fun greeting!  I swiped the white layer with the Blushing Bride ink pad and then embossed the sentiment in black.

I'll be back with more SOON!!!  Meanwhile....happy stamping!!!
