Gina K. Designs June Sneak Peek Day #4!!!!!!!!!!!!

YES!!!  That is a Christmas Tree!!!  LOL  Today's Gina K. sneak peek includes a special Stamp TV set called Blessed Is The Season for some Christmas In July fun that Gina has planned!!!!

So what's more festive than Green and Red???  LOL  This is the Pure Luxury Cardstock in Red Hot and Grass Green.  And Nina designed some fun new Digital Paper called Sizzling Summer.  But the red plaid was just perfect for a Christmas theme!!!  I embossed 2 of the images from this set in white and a white panel with the Snowflakes CB Folder and then just couldn't resist using lotsa red bling!!!  Heehee!!!

Now this is the newest Free With Three called Versatile Verses.  It's so fun to highlight a sentiment and get to use lots of fun DP!!!  LOL  I couldn't resist designing it so that cute little bunny showed up at the bottom of the card!!!  Heehee!!  And of course I had to use lots of fun, summery colors here!!  Pure Luxury colors here are Red Hot, Grass Green, Sweet Mango and White.  The DCWV stack is Flower Shower.

Gina K. Designs June Sneak Peek Day #3!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh the beautiful blooms and birds absolutely shout that it's summertime!!!!  And so very appropriately so do these next 2 new stamp sets by Gina K. Designs!!!!

This new set by Nina called Hugs And Prayers is so elegant!!!  We just ADORE hummingbirds here!!!  We keep several feeders full from May thru September and have hummingbirds galore!!!!  In fact if we aren't up early enough for them in the mornings, they buzz around the upper deck door demanding their food!!!  LOL  We have to take the feeders in each night so the bears don't drink them all up!!  LOL  So I just couldn't resist coloring a bright and cheery male with his ruby throat!!! I used the Grass Green Pure Luxury and colored with my Copics.  And just a little bit of Stickles for the center of the flower.

Now here is a sweet new set by Gina called Seeds Of Kindness.  It has such beautifully detailed potted plants and blooms and such sweet sentiments!!!  So I chose the hanging basket image........I wish I knew flowers and plants better.........but it sure is a lovely ivy-type plant!!  LOL  I kept this one simple as I thought it was just so sweet and put the sentiment on the inside.  This is the Pure Luxury Green Apple cardstock embossed with the Floral Screen CB Folder.  I love that we have several shades of greens in the Pure Luxury as it will allow for such diversity when using this new stamp set!!!!

First is Asela's new set, Pretty As A Peacock!!!  I love the shimmer of peacock feathers!!!  The beautiful irridescence!!!!  So I used the Sakura Glitter Pens to color this beauty!!!  I think the light caught some of the shimmer, but it's really snazzy IRL!!!   I used some DCWV dp along with the Swiss Dots cb folder for a fun background but one that would still let that peacock take centerstage!!

• Paper: Pure Luxury White, Wild Dandelion, Grass Green, Red Hot, Bubblegum Pink, Turquoise Sea

This is a fun new set by Rupa called Lawn And Garden!!!  I masked and stamped the flower garden image several times to make a bigger garden area.  Then the sprinkler is popped up so it's "watering" the flowers!!!  LOL  The light was hard to get right to show the metallic on the sprinkler and the glitzy waterdroplets, but trust me.........it shimmers!!!  Heehee!!!  I used Copic Markers that match pretty closely to the Pure Luxury Cardstock colors of Bubblegum Pink, Grass Green, Wild Dandelion, Turquoise Sea and Red Hot so that my layers would all match the image!!

Gina K. Designs June Sneak Peek Day #1 Is Here!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yaaaaaaaaay!!!!  Get ready to celebrate with tons of fun and new designs with Gina K.!!!!!!!!!!!

First up is Melanie's new set, Fun Year Round!!!!!!!!!!  I wanted to keep it simple and really show so many of the cool designs so I chose a black and white color theme with the Pure Luxury Cardstock, but of course had to add that glitz!!  LOL  So after stamping the images, I covered the entire panel in Glitter!!!

This is a fabulous summer set by Theresa called Aloha!!!!!!!!!  Oh I do love flamingos!!!!  What better reason to use lots of PINK!!!!???  LOL  I used Pure Luxury Bubblegum Pink which is my favorite color!  Heehee!!  And the dp is from the DCWV Tahiti Stack.  I used both Crystal Lacquer and Stickles over the sponged water!!!  I also lightly sponged a pinkish sky around the flamingos.

This one features sets by Tami.........her new one called In Stitches, along with her Fairy Tales!!!!  I love the borders in the new set!!!  I stamped the butterflies to make my own background dp.  And some glitzy butterflies fit so perfectly for a sweet summery card!!!!  I love the combination of the Pure Luxury Bubblegum Pink and the Wild Dandelion!!!  Some Stickles and Gems on the butterflies I just couldn't resist!!!  LOL

A Stamp TV Hostess Thank You and Blog Candy Winner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Welcome to a special Thank You hop!!!!  At Stamp TV we have some wonderfully talented ladies that help with hostessing the challenges!!!  For the past 3 months we had these amazing gals and this hop is to highlight some of our favorite challenges that they hostessed.  We were to choose a card or project they made for one of their challenges and then CASE it as a thank you!!!!

In alphabetical order.............here are my thank you's!!!  This one is for Karen's Acrylic Bookmark Challenge.  I used the new Enjoy The Sunshine Stamp TV Kit and some Nesties for this bookmark and colored with Copics.  I also put a matching Nestie piece inside to write a little message on!!

Next is Sharri's Paper-Piecing Challenge.  Paper piecing is just so fun with Nina's new set, Fine Furnishings and Fine Furnishings Additions!!!  And the yummy Pure Luxury colors here are the Sweet Mango and Grass Green.

The next one is the sweet Tina's Pink and White Color Challenge!!!  Oh you KNOW I adore my pink!!!!  LOL  And Theresa's new set, Hope Grows has this beautiful butterfly in it that was perfect for some blingy pink!!!!  And the Pure Luxury color Bubblegum Pink was just right!!

And last but certainly not least is one of Vicki's Sketch Challenges.  Sketch challenges are always so fun!  For this one I again used the new Enjoy The Sunshine Stamp TV Kit!!  The summery berries just begged to be used for this sketch!!!  LOL  The rich Pure Luxury colors here are Red Hot, Grass Green and Wild Dandelion.  I colored them with a light touch with my Copics.

Gina K. Designs DT Challenge Hop AND Blog Candy!!!!!!

Oh what a fun hop tonite!!!  The Gina K. hop tonite is to use a favorite summertime memory as your inspiration!!!  Well........one of my favorite summer memories is teaching our kiddos how to ride their bikes!!!  And the new Stamp TV Kit, Enjoy The Sunshine, was so perfect!!!

• Ink: Vivid Brick
• Accessories: Red Glitter Pen, Brads

 The bicycle from the kit is so perfect and reminds me so much of the red bikes both of my kiddos had!!!  I used the Vivid Brick Ink as it matches wonderfully with the Pure Luxury Lipstick Red.  I also used the new Wild Dandelion along with Basic Grey Cupcake dp.  I went over some of the metal bike parts with the Red Galaxy Glitter Pen.

For the inside I stamped some tone on tone of the bike and added a bit of dp and then the sentiment in Oval Nesties.

NOW..........guess what????  I have some YUMMY Gina K. Blog Candy along with a special little gifty!!!  

So what is this?? Welllllll............the blog candy is the new Hippie Chic Mat Stack, an assortment of GKD embellies, a Stamp Set of YOUR CHOICE at 24.95 or less, AAAAAAAAND this really cool Pure Luxury Cardstock Swatch Ring.  I was visiting my talented stampin' friend, Misti and we were shopping and thinking how nice it would be to have a way to carry around Pure Luxury swatches so we could match them to various dp or ribbon or embellies that caught our eye!!  Well, she came up with this cool idea and so we just had to rush back to her house and make some!!!!  And they are coooool!!!  This ring has all the current Pure Luxury cardstock colors with the cardstock name on one side and the Copic marker match on the other side.  Some of the Copic colors match exactly, others are the closest to the color we decided.  And there's room to add more new colors as Gina adds them!!!

Gina K. Designs.............Botanicals Hop!!!!!!!!!

Tonite is a special Botanicals Card Kit blog hop!!!  Featuring Gina's new Botanicals stamp set along with a kit!  The Design Team and Guests have chosen some fun techniques to share on this hop!!!!


I chose the Glitter Technique!!!  HeeHee!!!  Well you all know I love my glitter, but I wanted to go with a more elegant, CAS style, but with glitter.........yes it IS possible!!!!  LOL

I kept it elegant and simple by using a black and white color combo with the Pure Luxury cardstock and very little extra bling.  I used a glue pad and then sprinkled glitter on the entire main panel.  I cuttlebugged the 2 white pieces of cardstock with the Script embossing folder for some more depth. I actually made this card for my wonderful hubby!!!  We just celebrated our 21st Anniversary!!!  He's my Prince Charming and my best friend even more than ever!!!
