Hip Hop Gobble Hangover!!!!!!!!

Isn't that little guy cute??? LOL Well, this will be a quick post.............no seriously..........I mean it!!!! LOL We found 2 of the puppies a new home today and are taking the other 4 in to spring on all the Black Friday shoppers tomorrow morning!!!! I think I'll put bright red bows on them!!!! ;) Now......are you ready for some Turkey Hoppin' with Unity Stamps????

So this first card was for the Hip Hop Food Challenge.................and well, you KNOW that chocolate is sooooo it's own Food Group!! LOL Chocolatey and pink and, of course, some "glittery goodness"!!!!! This wonderfully adorable "kiss" stamp was designed by the super talented Lisa Hetrick is in the November KOM!! She is a true artist and is designing stamps for Unity now!!

And you all are sooooooo gonna sick of seeing all my Dream Trees all decked out in different colors and matching bling!!!! This was a Unity challenge to make a Red and White card as some sort of thank you or gratitude card. I LOVE this tree!!! And the sentiment came from Simply Said.

Ohhhh this fun tree and the flowers and sentiment are also in the November KOM. This is such a super FUNNNNNNNNN kit!!!! I was totally in a bright, cheery, fun and colorful mood!!! LOL And I sooooooo love Dew Drops!!!!!

Clear Artistic Stamp Fun!!!

I do love the artistic beauty of Clear Artistic Stamps!! This Birds of a Feather is one of my favorite sets!!! Of course that's partly because we are birders and so enjoy spotting a new little tweeting sweetie for our life list!!!


I made this card for the SCS color challenge to use Red, Black and Kraft. I do so love the color combo of Red and Black!!! A fun thing to do with this birdie stamp is to "make" the little birds ANY species you want by just coloring them differently!! Yes, I know technically they are Chickadees........but I wanted them to be more like Vermillion Flycatchers!! 'Cuz that went with the color challenge better!!! LOL

This was for a Clear Artistic Stamps (CAS) Christmas Swap that the lovely and talented Etha hosted. I don't actually have any of the Christmas stamps, so I made my own "seasonal" card using the Birds of a Feather set again. I sure do LOVE this set!!! I thought these little guys could be red again kinda like Cardinals. I know they don't have the tuft........they both flew a bit too close to the icicles on the branch and got a bit of a "buzz" haircut!!! ROFL!!! I wish I'd had Poinsettias to use, but I didn't........so I made do with the sweet polka dotted flower!! And of course........more Basic Grey dsp!!

Hip Hop Hangover With Me and Unity!!!

Anybody know what time it is????????? It's HIP HOP TIME!!!!!!!!! LOL Are you joining us on Hip Hop at Splitcoast on Thursdays??!!!! It's a BLAST!!!!

This first card was for the Unity Wednesday Addict's challenge which was an inspiration challenge of a photo of a fabulously gorgeous bedding set!! I pulled the colors out which were (in SU speak) Certainly Celery, Chocolate Chip and Whisper White. Which is so perfect for the So & So Loves stamp!!! I doooooo love this stamp!!! The sentiment came from the October Kit Of The Month.


This next card was for the Hip Hop challenge to make a square card. I love square cards!! And the Dream Tree is just so beautiful with so much potential!!! The sentiment came from Simply Said. I decided to use some pearls which fit in with the SCS Ways To Use It - Pearls challenge too as I was so happy to have a fellow SCS'er let me know!!! I LOVE it when my use and addiction of bling has a bonus!!!! LOL Since I have some friends that could use a sympathy card, I thought I'd try out some simple designs that I could use, yet make each a bit different.

And you all have seen these penguins before!!!!!! LOL I totally am in LOVE with these little cuties from Jolly Little Winter!!!! This was for the Hip Hop Challenge to make a snowy card. OUCH.........twist my arm!!! Y'all just know how much I ****hate**** winter and snow!!! ROFL I lovvvvvvvvve winter!!!! And winter cards just BEG for glitter and embellies!!!!!!!! LOL I used some blue Tuscan glitter in the Applique for the snow. And I think I must stock up on these snowflakes from Hobby Lobby if they have any more when I finally get back into town!!!

Have A Cookie........and a Kiss!!!!!

Ohhhhhh yaaaaaaaaaaaay!!!!!!!! My Gina K. order came in with my new stamps from last week's release!!!!! I just **HAD** to ink up Melanie's new set Have A Cookie!!!! Ohhhh how I LOVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVE cookies!!!! In fact, the ONLY cookies I can have in the house that I will NOT eat are hubby's favorite......Oatmeal Raisin. Any other cookie is fair game!!!!! LOL


So I used Close to Cocoa and Close to Cocoa dsp for a chocolately goodness look!!!! And CE on the glass of milk and stickles for the chocolate chips!!! Brads and pearls and ribbon......OH MY!!! I just have to have lots of embellies!!! LOL And isn't that THE cutest sentiment??!!!!!

Okay, I joined in on Paper Craft Planet.......not as active as on Splitcoast.......but I plan to jump in some more!! This is for the House Mouse Challenge.....posted both on PCP (the WEBSITE people..........not the illegal drug!!!! LOL) and on the House Mouse Challenge Blog. I just love my House Mouse stamps!!!! It's my first time participating and I'm lovin' it!!!!! The challenge was to make a Christmas project.......now how could I resist using my little guys under the mistletoe!!??? I used a sage-y green metallic paper and embossed it with the snowflake Cuttlebug folder. I used CE on the mistletoe and some stickles and gems............well, because I HAD to!!!! LOL Okay.......have a wonderful mid-week and I'll be back soon with more!!!!

House Mouse In The House!!!!!!!!!

Yes, I LOVE these little mousies!!!!!!!!! NO...........I do NOT like the "real thing" and yet my cats seem to think I do!!!!! LOL Silly cats!!!!

Well, I've been behind on my monthly House Mouse swaps and am attempting to get caught up. VSN was crazy busy and I'll post some of those creations later..........I only got to about half of the challenges!!!

So this is the set I actually made. It's using the September SOTM and the October SOTM. Even though they're a bit different, I used basically the same colors so they'd "match"!! I made 5 sets......I sure hope everyone likes them enough to forgive me for being so late with them!!!!!

For the card I ran the olive colored dsp thru the Cuttlebug using the Pumpkin Patch folder. I colored with Copics and then used Liquid Applique for the "whipped cream"!! I used a silver glitter pen to color the spoons! After all, eating pumpkin pie is just that much better when using a Silver Spoon!!!! LOL

I just LOVE making little tins!!! And this House Mouse image has got to be one of the cutest!!!! Okay, I say that about all of them!!! LOL I actually colored the orange part with a glitter pen, but it's a bit hard to pick up in this photo. I just love this ribbon!! I have an admission......I'm a total ribbon addict!!!!!!! Ummmmmm...........I bet that does NOT come as a surprise to many of you!!!! LOL I kinda am addicted to any kind of EMBELLIE!!!!!! I just totally impulse buy ribbon.......and then lo and behold!!! I have the perfect ribbon.............sometimes!!! I still say I don't have enough ribbon to choose from as my hubby says he'll have to build an addition to the craft room JUST for my ribbon!!! LOL (He DOES exaggerate!!)

I got this very cool and pretty award from a wonderful friend and talented lady who inspires and cares for so many others although she goes thru her own serious health issues!! I'm so honored to receive this from Deb.........thank you so much Deb!!!! Big Hugs!!!!! I'm gonna pass this along to my newest friends whom I've gotten to know thru Unity's Hip Hops!!!! This world of stamping and blogging has just been so incredibly inspiring and fun!!! Thank you all for sharing so much!!! Of course all my wonderful friends and readers totally and absolutely deserve this award too!!! I don't think I've ever read a blog that didn't inspire, amaze and delight my creative senses!!!

Hip Hop Hangover............HHH is Happenin'!!!!!!

Are you ready for some HIPPPPPPPPPPPP HOPPPPPPPPP???????!!!!!!!!! LOL Well, SCS was quite the Wonky-Land place yesterday........so Hip Hop was very interesting!! But sooooooo worth hanging in there as the sneak peeks and new releases and give-aways and chatting are just a BLAST!!!!! This card I made for the Spotlight Technique........I've always loved this but haven't ever tried it before!! It's really fun!! And I thought this stamp, So & So Loves would be soooo perfect to "spotlight" the little bluebird of happiness!!! LOL And the amazing quote comes from the October KOTM. And Black and Red just lends itself to using BLING!!!! LOL

This card uses one of my FAVORITEST Unity sets!!! Butterfly Beauty. This was for the Unity Challenge to CASE one of AJ's cards.........either her Less is More or More is More. Now you all soooooooooooo know I'd HAVE to choose the More is More card to CASE!!!!! LOL More bling, more ribbon, more sparkle.........gotta have it!!!!!!!!! LOL

Well, I'm feeling a little better, but still not up to my "norm"......doc appt. is next month for blood work.........we'll see how things go. But how can I NOT stamp for my therapy??!!!! Mousies, Music, and Mischief Makers!!!!

WHEW!! Finally feeling even a bit better.......still not up to speed yet.....but I DID make 2 cards AND dinner today!!! LOL

First I'll show you a card I made with one of my new House Mouse stamps!! I LOVE those lil guys!!! But NO.......I do NOT love them inside my own house!!! LOL I ordered 6 new mousie stamps and ohhhhhh..........I just love 'em!!!! This one is called Hot Cocoa Social!!! I don't know if you can see it well, but I used Stickles on the mug and White Flocking on the marshmallows.

Next.........let me share a couple of pictures of my FABulously talented Sister-in-law and her family!!! They are a family band called Second Wind. Just amazing music!!! Bluegrassy, folksy, inspirational.........I mean just heavenly!!!! They played last night at church to help raise money for a young man's mission trip to Honduras. They write most of their own songs and their singing together is such a gift!!! They have a couple of CDs and I'll get some of their music uploaded to my blog soon so you can listen.......you will fall in love I tell ya!!!!

Now for the Mischief Makers!!! LOL I promised puppy pictures!!!! Hubby took them outside for the first time today and they had soooooo much fun!!! They never did wander too far from hubby!! But they loved picking up leaves and pinecones and running after hubby and jumping on each other!! They'll be 5 weeks old on Tuesday and hopefully start going to their new homes in 2 weeks!! They are precious, but 2 big dogs are enough for us!! So I refuse to name them or cuddle them!! LOL I'll share more pictures before they all leave us!!

Hip Hop Hangover................Lite!!!

Well, my Hip Hop is a bit low-key this time!!! LOL In fact, you'll notice I haven't posted (or stamped!!!) for a full week!!!!!!! This nasty Flu has really just knocked me for a loop!!! YUK!! I'm sure hoping it's on it's way out of my house...........hubby and I both have struggled with this bug!! Thankfully neither of the kids seemed to pick it up!!!! So this will be a short post........I know...........what a novelty for me!!! LOL



So I DID get one card made for Hip Hop and so I could be part of the Hip Hop Hangover (HHH) that I just ADORE!!!!!!!!! Remember to go to Angela's Blog and you'll get to see so many fun Unity creations!!!! Unity Stamps are so amazing and what a fabulous company!!! And it's the first card I made with the Mega Tea Cup stamp!!!! Just please don't look too closely as my hands were still pretty shaky and my brads are not exactly in the proper place!!!! LOL It was for the Double Ribbon challenge at the Hip Hop.........I peeked in just a couple times to say hi, but sure hope to be back up to speed and Hip Hop the whole day next Thursday!!!! Okay, actually I made this card and it just happened to fit the challenge posted!!!! My addiction to embellishments is justified!!!! LOL

And I promise to catch up on all my Blog-Hopping as I sure have missed "visiting" you all and I'll also be posting those adorable puppy pictures sooooooooon!!!!!!!!!
